Coverage, Length and Movement

Specify neckline depth, sleeve and cuff coverage, garment length, opening and slit positions, and fastening details. For long dresses, skirts and tunics, identify the coverage you expect when the wearer sits, walks or raises their arms so these points can be reviewed on the sample.

Ease and Fit Across the Size Range

Share the intended ease at the bust, waist, hip, upper arm and other key fit points. A loose silhouette still needs defined measurements and proportions. Provide a size chart or key measurements, and use sample feedback to confirm the fit and grading requirements.

Fabric Opacity, Lining and Layering

Construction and Brand Details

Confirm seams, hems, closures, trims, labels and packaging as part of the approved specifications. Discuss product testing and inspection requirements during quotation so their scope can be agreed for the actual materials and design.

From Your Brief to Production

1. Share your collection brief. Send designs, reference images or samples, available measurements, fabric preferences and coverage requirements.
2. Develop and review samples. Confirm the sample details, then review fit, proportions, coverage and construction before approving production requirements.
3. Confirm the order. Agree materials, quantities by colour and size, labels, packing and the production schedule.
4. Manufacture and check. Cutting, sewing, quality checks and packing follow the agreed project requirements.

Order Quantities, Sizes and Lead Times

• One colour per style: minimum 200 pieces.
• Two or more colours per style: minimum 150 pieces per colour; two colours require at least 300 pieces in total.
• Size breakdown: up to four sizes when the MOQ is met. You choose the quantity per size; additional sizes are agreed separately.
• Samples: 10–15 working days after all sample details are confirmed.
• First bulk order: 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, the deposit is received and fabric is ready.
• Repeat orders: usually 15–30 working days, depending on quantity; schedule confirmed for each order.

Custom materials and treatments may require additional minimums. Sampling and shipping time are separate from bulk production.

Can you develop modest dresses, skirts, tunics and loose trousers?

How do we define the coverage required for our brand?

Include neckline, sleeve and garment measurements, ease, slit and opening positions, and opacity requirements in your brief. Add reference images and sample feedback to clarify the intended result. Coverage is agreed with your brand for each design.

Can the order include different colours and sizes?

Yes. MOQ is calculated per style: 200 pieces for one colour, or 150 pieces per colour when ordering two or more colours. An order meeting the MOQ can include up to four sizes with your chosen size breakdown. Different styles do not combine into one minimum.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide your brand website, designs, available tech pack or key measurements, fabric preferences, colour quantities, size breakdown, target delivery date and destination country. Include special coverage, lining, labelling, packing and testing requirements. A target budget helps us review suitable options.
