TUER supports womenswear brands with fabric sourcing, pattern development, sampling and production from your designs. Start with a shirt, blouse, sleeveless top or cropped silhouette, then define how it should fit and feel in your collection.

Shape, coverage and construction

• Fit: specify bust ease, shoulder width, armhole depth and body length. For cropped styles, confirm the hem position against the intended trousers or skirt.
• Details: review collar shape, cuff dimensions, button spacing and placket construction on the sample. Check neckline and armhole coverage during movement.
• Inside finish: discuss French seams, bound edges or another finish suited to the fabric and design. Agree reinforcement where the garment needs support.

Fabric, washing and print development

Choose pure linen or a linen blend by weight, opacity, drape and surface texture. For pale or lightweight tops, review a fabric swatch and garment sample in the intended colour. Softening, washing and print options are selected for the actual material; approve the result before bulk production.

Linen Tops: Sampling and Order Questions

What should we send for a quotation?

Send your brand website, design or reference sample, measurements, fabric composition and weight preferences, colour quantities, size breakdown and delivery destination. Include collar, cuff, closure, label and packaging requirements. A target budget helps us assess suitable materials and construction.

How are fit and washed measurements approved?

Agree the measurement points and intended care process, then review the sample after the selected wash or finish. Confirm the acceptable dimensional changes and final specifications for the chosen fabric. We do not apply one fixed shrinkage percentage to every linen top.

What is the minimum order and sample lead time?

For one colour, the minimum is 200 pieces per style. For two or more colours, it is 150 pieces per colour per style. Orders meeting the MOQ can include up to four sizes with your chosen size breakdown; additional sizes are agreed separately.

Samples take 10–15 working days after all sample details are confirmed. First bulk orders take 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, the deposit is received and fabric is ready. Custom materials may have additional minimums.
