Develop custom linen dresses with TUER in Guangzhou, China. We work with womenswear brands on fabric, fit, lining and finishing, from the first sample to bulk production.
Develop Linen Dresses Around Your Brand’s Fit
Bring TUER your dress designs, reference sample or technical brief. We support fabric sourcing, pattern and sample development, then production to approved specifications for your womenswear collection.
Silhouette, length and movement
- Shirt dresses: define collar and placket shape, waist placement, belt details and button spacing. Review openings and coverage when seated.
- Fitted and shaped dresses: specify bust, waist and hip measurements, dart or panel positions and fastening details. Review ease and proportions on the fit sample.
- Relaxed, midi and maxi dresses: agree finished length, skirt sweep, sleeve or strap coverage and slit height. Check walking and sitting rather than judging only a standing image.
Opacity, lining and seam finish
Review fabric weight, colour and drape against the intended silhouette. Confirm where lining is needed, its length and how it feels with the outer fabric. French seams, bound edges and other finishes can be discussed according to fabric weight and construction; closures and stress points should be included in sample approval.
Printed linen and finishing
For printed dresses, provide artwork scale, repeat or placement requirements, and specify which seams or panels need alignment. Review a print trial before committing to bulk fabric. Washing and softening options should be checked with the selected fabric and print, then reflected in the approved measurements and care instructions.

Linen Dress Manufacturing Questions
Can you develop a dress from our design?
Share sketches, reference images or a sample, together with measurements and fabric preferences. We review the construction, quantities and requirements before confirming the quotation and sample plan. Gallery styles are references for discussion; your order follows your approved design and specifications.
What should we approve before bulk production?
Confirm fit, finished length, lining coverage, closures, seams, colour and any print placement. If the dress is to be washed or softened, review that result on the chosen material before final approval. Agree labels, care information, packaging and any testing requirements as part of the order.
How many dresses can we order, and how long does sampling take?
The minimum is 200 pieces per style for one colour, or 150 pieces per colour per style for two or more colours. When the MOQ is met, you can choose up to four sizes and allocate quantities by size. Extra sizes and minimums for custom materials or prints are confirmed separately.
Samples take 10–15 working days after all sample details are confirmed. First bulk orders take 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, the deposit is received and fabric is ready. Read the order FAQs or send your dress brief with quantities, target delivery date and destination.
