Denim Development with a Factory in Which TUER Holds an Equity Stake
Tuer Garment is based in Guangzhou and is one of the shareholders in a specialist denim factory in Foshan, China. We coordinate your design brief, materials, sample review and production requirements for women’s jeans, denim tops, dresses and jackets.
Choose the Denim for Your Design
Specify fabric composition, weight, rigid or stretch construction, colour and desired hand feel. Send a physical fabric reference where available. Material availability and any fabric minimums are checked before sampling; the selected fabric and treatment must suit the intended silhouette.
Define the Fit and Construction
For jeans, include rise, waist, hip, thigh, inseam and leg opening measurements, plus the intended ease. Detail pocket placement, belt loops, fly, topstitching, buttons, rivets and labels. For denim tops, dresses and jackets, include sleeve, closure, length and movement requirements as applicable.
Approve the Wash and Finished Appearance
Provide reference garments or clear images for the desired shade, fading, contrast and hand feel. We review treatment feasibility with the denim factory and develop an approval sample. Agree the acceptable appearance and shade range, and review finished measurements after the selected treatment before bulk approval.
Set the Quality Requirements Before Production
Confirm measurement tolerances, seam and topstitch appearance, hardware attachment, labelling and packing requirements. If your project requires colourfastness, dimensional-change, strength or other testing, specify the method and acceptance criteria so the testing scope and cost can be agreed. A reference photo alone does not establish a test result.
Supplier Social Audit Documentation
The denim factory in which Tuer Garment holds an equity stake has undergone an amfori BSCI social audit. Buyers can discuss the relevant audit documentation and supplier disclosure arrangements with us during project review. The report relates to the audited factory site; its date, scope and findings should be reviewed against your brand’s requirements. It is separate from garment quality testing or product certification.
