Denim Top & Shirt Development for Fashion Brands
Develop the top around its intended fit and use. A relaxed shirt and a close-fitting top need different ease, fabric structure and closure details. Share chest, shoulder, length and sleeve measurements, along with neckline, hem and pocket references where applicable.

Plan Your Denim Top & Shirt Production
Fabric, Shape & Comfort
Specify the fabric weight, composition, stretch preference and desired hand feel. Review how the material supports the silhouette and how the neckline, armholes and sleeves allow movement. For fitted or cropped styles, confirm coverage and the intended relationship to the waistband of accompanying bottoms.
Seams, Closures & Finish
Detail collar and cuff construction, button or zip placement, topstitching, labels and trims. Agree the selected wash on a sample and review finished measurements afterwards. Any embroidery, printing or other detail should be assessed with the chosen fabric and treatment before bulk approval.
MOQ, Sizes & Working-Day Lead Times
- One colour: 200 pieces per style. Two or more colours: 150 pieces per colour, per style. Different styles cannot be combined.
- Up to four sizes at the MOQ, with quantities per size chosen by your brand. Additional sizes and custom material or trim minimums are agreed separately.
- Samples: 10–15 working days after details are confirmed. First bulk orders: 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, deposit is received and fabric is ready. Repeat orders: usually 15–30 working days, depending on quantity.

Can we make matching denim tops and bottoms?
Yes, submit the pieces together so fabric, shade and finish can be reviewed as a collection. Each style has its own MOQ; different styles cannot be pooled to meet one minimum.
Can a denim shirt use our custom trims?
Include your label artwork, buttons, thread colours and packing requirements. Material availability and any trim minimums are agreed during development.
What do you need to quote a denim top?
Send designs or a reference sample, measurements, fabric and wash preferences, quantities by style and colour, size range, target price and delivery date.
