A jeans brief needs more than a silhouette reference. Define rise, waist, hip, thigh, inseam and leg opening, along with the intended ease. Fabric composition, weight and stretch should be reviewed together with the fit and wash reference.

Fit, Fabric & Size Grading
For straight, wide-leg, fitted or other silhouettes, provide a measurement chart and explain how the jeans should sit and move. Confirm rigid or stretch denim, waistband construction and the size range. Review the sample after the selected wash before approving finished measurements and grading.
Pockets, Hardware & Wash Approval
Specify pocket shape and placement, fly construction, belt loops, topstitching, buttons, rivets and labels. Share the desired shade, fading and hand feel. Agree the wash reference, acceptable shade variation and any testing requirements before bulk production.
MOQ, Sizes & Working-Day Lead Times
- One colour: 200 pieces per style. Two or more colours: 150 pieces per colour, per style. Different styles cannot be combined.
- Up to four sizes at the MOQ, with quantities per size chosen by your brand. Additional sizes and custom material or trim minimums are agreed separately.
- Samples: 10–15 working days after details are confirmed. First bulk orders: 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, deposit is received and fabric is ready. Repeat orders: usually 15–30 working days, depending on quantity.

Can you develop our own jeans fit?
Yes. Send a tech pack or reference garment with your measurement chart. Fit, fabric and finished wash are reviewed through sampling; a photograph alone does not define the final fit.
Can branded buttons and rivets be included?
Include artwork, finish and attachment requirements in the brief. Availability, tooling and supplier minimums are reviewed before approval.
How should we approve the final wash?
Review the sample in the selected fabric and agree shade, appearance, hand feel and finished measurements. Specify any colourfastness or dimensional-change testing your brand requires.
