Start with the silhouette and intended layering: cropped, fitted, relaxed or another brand-specific shape. Confirm shoulder width, chest, sleeve length, armhole and finished length. Review fabric weight and structure with the garments the jacket is intended to be worn over.

Plan Your Denim Jacket Production
Layering Fit & Construction
Specify the intended room through the shoulder, chest and sleeve, plus collar, cuff and hem construction. Detail yokes, panels, pockets and seam placement. Use the fit sample to review movement and proportions before confirming the size breakdown and measurement tolerances.
Hardware, Topstitching & Wash
Provide button or snap artwork, finish, pocket details, labels and topstitching references. Review hardware attachment and how trims respond to the proposed treatment. Agree the final wash appearance, hand feel and finished measurements, along with any test methods and acceptance criteria.
MOQ, Sizes & Working-Day Lead Times
- One colour: 200 pieces per style. Two or more colours: 150 pieces per colour, per style. Different styles cannot be combined.
- Up to four sizes at the MOQ, with quantities per size chosen by your brand. Additional sizes and custom material or trim minimums are agreed separately.
- Samples: 10–15 working days after details are confirmed. First bulk orders: 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, deposit is received and fabric is ready. Repeat orders: usually 15–30 working days, depending on quantity.

Can we develop cropped or oversized jackets?
Send the silhouette, measurements and intended layering allowance. We review fabric and construction choices and develop a sample to agree the proportions.
Can you add our buttons, labels and patches?
Include artwork, dimensions, placement and material requirements. Supplier minimums and treatment compatibility are checked before the sample is approved.
What should be approved before bulk production?
Confirm the sample, selected fabric, wash standard, hardware, measurements, size quantities, labelling and packing. Include any required testing and tolerances in the production specification.
