Define the Structure and Intended Fit
Start with the silhouette and the way the garment will be worn. A fashion bustier, a corset-inspired top and a more structured design can require different pattern, lining and support details. Send front, back and inside references, with the intended fit and coverage clearly marked.
Fabric, Lining and Support Details
Specify the outer fabric, stretch, lining and any required interlining, cups or boning. These details need a construction review during development rather than an assumption that one structure will suit every design. Agree the materials and sample construction before bulk production.
Closures, Straps and Edge Finish
Show the position and type of fastening, strap attachment, neckline shape and hem finish. If your design uses lacing, a zipper or hook-and-eye closure, include the visual reference and fit requirements so the team can review sourcing and assembly.
Sample Fit Review
Provide bust, underbust, waist and garment-length measurements, along with the sample size and relevant tolerances. Review coverage, movement, closure function and the feel of internal seams on the sample. Record adjustments before approving the pattern and size grading.
MOQ, Sampling and Production
Our standard minimum is 200 pieces per style in one colour, or 150 pieces per colour for a style ordered in two or more colours. Up to four sizes can be included when the MOQ is met; additional sizes and material or process minimums are discussed separately.
Sample development takes 10–15 working days after all sample details are confirmed. First-order production takes 30–45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, the deposit is received and fabric is ready. Shipping time is additional. See our ordering FAQs for further details.
