We focus on custom womenswear for fashion brands, with attention to fabric, fit, construction and finishing. Our development team reviews how these choices work together before production.
Patterns and samples allow your team to assess silhouette, measurements, comfort and the details that define your collection. Approved materials, samples and specifications provide clear references for bulk production.
Explore our womenswear categories and development services to prepare your brief.
We support fashion brands with sample development and garment production. Samples take 10-15 working days after all sample details are confirmed. First-order production takes 30-45 working days after order details and styles are confirmed, the deposit is received, and fabric is ready. Repeat orders typically take 15-30 working days, depending on order quantity. We confirm the schedule for each order; shipping time is additional.
Our Guangzhou location supports fabric and trims sourcing through the local supply network. We coordinate design consultation, material sourcing, pattern development, sampling and production requirements. The materials, manufacturing location and specialist finishing arrangements are confirmed for each project.
Share your launch date and planned quantities early so we can review material availability, sample approvals and the production schedule together.
Quality checks cover fabric and trims, work in progress and finished garments against the approved sample and agreed specifications.
Before production, agree key measurements and tolerances, construction details, workmanship criteria, labels and packing. Any inspection sampling plan, AQL or product testing requirements should be confirmed for the order.
Clear references help both teams review issues and agree the next action throughout production.
At Tuer , we are dedicated to upholding ethical fair trade practices in order to prevent worker exploitation throughout our production process. We firmly believe that happy and satisfied workers are more productive and motivated, particularly when provided with favorable employment conditions and a safe, conducive working environment.
As part of our commitment, we guarantee that none of our workers are under the age of 18 and that all are paid fairly, with minimum living wages as the basic pay, delivered in a timely manner. We do not engage in forced labor, and any overtime work is compensated with generous allowances.
Our facilities feature proper lighting and good sanitary conditions, with all areas—including production floors—regularly cleaned and disinfected to maintain a healthy and safe working environment for our employees.
We have implemented strict safety measures to minimize the risk of work-related injuries. All equipment used in the manufacturing process is routinely inspected to ensure its safety and ease of use.
Necessary fire extinguishing equipment is installed throughout our facilities, and we regularly conduct fire drills in collaboration with the local fire department to ensure preparedness.
We maintain transparency in our ethical practices and are eager to share our efforts with our customers. During visits to our facilities, we proudly showcase the work we have done to create a safe and fair environment for our valued workers
We review fabric sourcing options against each brand’s material and documentation requirements. Our fabric supplier network includes suppliers with GOTS, OEKO-TEX and GRS documentation. Availability and supporting documents must be checked for the specific material selected.
A supplier’s certification does not mean that every fabric or finished garment is certified. Before making a product claim, we review the certificate holder, current scope, selected material and any applicable supply-chain or transaction documentation. We do not present supplier certificates as certification of Tuer Garment itself.
Share your required fibre composition, performance and certification requirements at the start of development. We can then review material options and the supporting documentation before sampling and order confirmation.
